While effective to some extent, this approach was time-consuming, prone to human error, and required substantial administrative effort from supervisors to compile end-of-day reports and performance summaries.

Recognising the need for a more efficient and accurate system, Lemonpath developed LemonTrack, a cutting-edge, paperless solution built using Power Apps. This tablet-based application has revolutionised how packing operations are managed, reducing the administrative burden while enhancing real-time tracking and oversight.
