Quotation

We begin by understanding your product, packaging requirements, branding, and key objectives and timelines. This forms the foundation for an accurate quotation for approval ensuring transparency on costs along efficient plan.
Critical Path

We map out the entire production timeline, based on initial scoping this will be efficient and identify key milestones to keep everything on schedule, from componentry & materials arriving to phased drops to final despatch.
Resource Planning

Our planning team allocates labour, equipment, workspace and dedicated QC support to deliver your project efficiently and to the highest standards. The 'job' will be set up within our Digital QC portal ready for live status tracking.
Gold Seal Approval

Before full production begins, you receive a pre-production 'Gold Seal' sample to approve. This can be face to face or via video call. This confirms materials, assembly method, presentation and finish to meet your exacting standards.
Assembly & QC

Production begins with QC checks built directly into the Assembly line, ensuring every pack meets your agreed 'Gold Seal' standard. Output is monitored hourly and can be tracked as work-in-progress on our live QC portal 'LemonpTrack'.
